Flex Pulse
Tracking and monitoring over 100 global factories, leaders at Flex had the “Pulse” system - Tableau based dashboards to understand key indicators in the supply chain, quality control and productivity. Alignment of dashboard visual standards and approach to make the results and issues conveyed by the system easier to interpret.
Dashboard Principles
To educate the wider audience at Flex as to how to think about creating dashboard visualizations I created a short course in some of the foundations of clear dashboard visualization as well as documented standards.
Quality Yield tracking
Animated wireframes to validate approach for Quality Yieldl tracking across global manufacturing sites. This was used to communicate the flow and capabilities of the sites to analyze the standards and identify issues with quality yield. The animated approach helped the concept be widely understood across multiple languages and was iterated to meet the needs of a wide variety of manufacturing sites.
